After clearing waivers, Danilo Gallinari has found his new home in the NBA. The Italian forward has agreed with the Boston Celtics on a two-year $13.3 million deal, Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN reports. The deal also includes a fully guaranteed player option in the second year.
On June 30th, Gallinari was traded from Atlanta Hawks to the San Antonio Spurs in a package centered around Dejounte Murray. Two days ago, the Italian forward was waived by the Spurs. As previously reported, Gallinari's preference was always the Celtics.
