DeNovo's Family Trattoria already does breakfast, lunch and dinner, and now they're adding dessert to the menu. The restaurant located in Ocean Pines did a practice run of its ice cream stand last year from mid-July to Labor Day. Now, the DeNovo's Ice Cream Bar is back for a full summer season.
"We thought it would be a nice complement because we're very much a family-oriented restaurant," Owner Kelli Beck said. When the storefront next to DeNovo's was vacated last year, Beck said she saw the opportunity to take it over and start selling ice cream.
