Ciao Bella (insert exaggerated hand gesture here). Carnival is annually marked by an over-the-top celebration with elaborate costumes and masquerades, glittering decorations and a whole lot of inebriated revelry through the streets. Wait a minute – that sounds a lot like Vegas.
And because we're always looking for a good excuse to celebrate, the Palazzo is generously providing the atmosphere while the rest of us bring the drunken part-ay. Scratch that, this is a nice establishment so you should probably behave accordingly.
