Named RoBee, this machine was developed by the Italian firm Oversonic Robotics, headquartered in Lombardy, and it represents a milestone in robotics design and application.
The robot’s appearance at CES highlighted not only its technical capabilities but also Italy’s growing role in advanced robotics innovation on the world stage. RoBee stands roughly human size, with variants ranging from about 162 to almost 200 centimeters tall depending on configuration, and it can weigh up to 180 kilograms in its industrial form.
