The Italian American Cultural Club mapped out plans for various events when members gathered for the April business meeting and dinner held at Scaffidi’s Restaurant and Tavern in Steubenville.
A lasagna and roast lamb meal was part of the club’s celebration of “Buona Pasquetta” — Easter Monday or “Little Easter” — a day that, in Italy, represents a chance to continue to celebrate the arrival of the Easter season with friends and family, picnics and parties, a member explained.
