Over the next several months, some of Dallas' most well-known chefs and restaurateurs are opening a diverse set of new concepts. From antipasti to steamed ginger shrimp dumplings, the eateries are slated to appeal to a wide set of diners.
Upscale Kansas City-style barbecue restaurant 18th & Vine plans to open at 4100 Maple Ave. on Oct. 6. The 3,400-square-foot space can seat 100 diners downstairs and another 30 at an upstairs bar and live music venue called The Roost.
