Italy’s business community is accelerating its shift toward digital public services, with smartphones increasingly replacing traditional web access for everyday interactions with government agencies and Chambers of Commerce.
The Impresa Italia app has now surpassed 1.5 million participating businesses, according to data released by Unioncamere and InfoCamere. Developed by InfoCamere for Italy’s Chamber of Commerce system, the service gives entrepreneurs mobile access to official company information and administrative tools that once required considerably more time and paperwork.
