Italian food brands are reinforcing their position in the global marketplace, with Barilla, Ferrero and a broader group of Made in Italy names gaining visibility in Brand Finance’s 2026 ranking of the world’s 100 most valuable food brands.

Italy accounts for 19% of the brands included in the global food ranking and 7.4% of their combined brand value. The numbers confirm that the country’s influence extends far beyond the size of its domestic market, supported by products that have become familiar to consumers across Europe, North America and other international markets.
