Chaz Eicke, 42, loves a good slice of pizza. Coming from an Italian background, it's no surprise that he takes this signature New Jersey food pretty seriously. "That's where I got the cooking bug," he says of his ethnic upbringing.
Eicke, a physical therapist at Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, can't keep out of the kitchen.
"I started making breads and stromboli for my family and friends for the holidays," he says. "I love trying different things, and it naturally spun off into pizza making."
