Trattoria Il Mulino, the restaurant opening in the lobby of the Hilton Nashville Downtown, has announced opening dates and there's good news for Italian lovers — you don't have long to wait.
The restaurant, owned by the New York City-based restaurant group Il Mulino, will have a soft opening Monday for dinner service only. Lunch and brunch service will begin on March 23 and a grand opening is scheduled for March 27.
