Joe Piscopo became a household name on Saturday Night Live in the early 1980s when the longrunning NBC show was rebuilding itself. He worked closely with Eddie Murphy and helped bring new energy to the series with bold sketches, original characters like “The Sports Guy,” and a wide range of celebrity impressions.
But out of everything he did, one impression ended up defining his career: legendary singer Frank Sinatra.
