Construction is set to begin on Little Italy San Jose's Cultural Center and Museum, and project backers are ready to celebrate.
Little Italy San Jose is hosting a Gala Celebration on Sept. 13 in the heart of the organization's district, adjacent to Guadalupe River Park. Proceeds from the event will go toward fixing up the old Victorian at 323 W. St. John St. for use as the cultural center.
