St. Augustine Beach residents Simone and Monica Parisi want to bring the taste of northern Italy to St. Augustine. Originally from Florence, Italy, Simone said he wants to give residents a place where they will never eat the same dish twice, no matter how often they come to the restaraunt.
"I grew up in a family where food is the most important thing," he said. Simone and Monica own Terra & Acqua, a new restaurant at 134 Sea Grove Main Street in Sea Grove Plaza on St. Augustine Beach. Terra & Acqua is located in the same building that has housed three other restaurants since 2011, said City Manager Max Royle.
