This past July, Loggia Glen Cove #1016, Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America, proudly recognized a group of exceptional students at its monthly membership meeting. The annual scholarship presentation celebrated academic excellence, dedication to community service, and commitment to Italian American heritage.
Through the generosity of the Lodge—and in memory and honor of several beloved members—scholarships and awards were presented in the categories of academic achievement, Italian language excellence, and community service.
