The popular Taos restaurant Mondo Italiano will be moving to a different location soon. The move is part of an expansion as well. Owners Jennifer DeBow and Genaro Jimenez have been building out a new, ground-up restaurant to be located near their current site.
Mondo is located at 622 Paseo del Pueblo Sur now, but will be moving further south, adjacent to Aaron's: Rent to Own, which is located at 834 Paseo Del Pueblo Sur. The new restaurant isn't expected to be completed until April or May, said DeBow.
