Coppa Magica Gelato Cafe owners Mirko DiDomenicantonio and Kathryn "Katie" Kelley want locals and tourists to love gelato in York as much as they do in Rome, Italy.
"I love gelato," DiDomenicantonio said. "All American tourists in Rome love gelato and eat it every day." Gelato is the Italian version of ice cream, with significantly less butterfat and air whipped into it. Gelato, DiDomenicantonio said, "has a more intense flavor" than ice cream.
