The BRAVO! Cucina Italiana Restaurant under construction at the Mall at Fairfield Commons has set a tentative opening date of Jan. 28, a spokeswoman for the restaurant chain said today, Dec. 17. Bravo, which also operates a restaurant on Ohio 725 near the Dayton Mall, will occupy a 7,310-square-foot space that includes a 1,500-square-foot patio, according to a previous release from mall officials.
The projected Bravo opening date comes on the heels of the actual opening two days ago of a Chuy's Tex-Mex restaurant adjacent to the Mall at Fairfield Commons, and it's all part of a redevelopment plan that calls for as many as five new eateries to open in or next to the mall. A BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse also is still under construction adjacent to Chuy's.
