Naples is in the limelight these days in the Bay Area. In honor of the 2013 Year of Italian Culture, the San Francisco Jazz Festival is hosting Pino Daniele at the SF Jazz Center this Friday June 21st from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The popular singer, songwriter and guitarist that influenced the Neopolitan sound in the 70's with a blues vibe, will be playing in the Miner Auditorium, the elegant performance space in the new SF Jazz Center, the first stand-alone structure built in the country specifically for jazz.
