In 2025, Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP recorded its strongest results to date, setting new benchmarks for a product whose value depends on time rather than volume. A total of 168,068 bottles were sealed during the year, all in the legally required 100 ml format.
Compared with 2024, this represented an increase of 2,348 bottles, equal to +1.5%, confirming a positive trend that has remained consistent over the past decade despite the intrinsic limits of long aging cycles. Growth was distributed across both certified categories.
