Sotto Sopra the Northern Italian Restaurant (www.sottosopra.us) located on historic Charles Street in downtown-Baltimore received the Mayor’s Certificate for Recognition for its 25th Anniversary.
Riccardo Bosio opened the chic & stylish Milan-style restaurant on April 9, 1996. It has remained one of the most distinguished dining institutions in the city. They are known for their home-made pasta, exquisite grilled fish and mouth watering meat dishes.
