The quick tips of Italian cooking" by Maria Elena.
Followed by a tasting of unique oils guided by Orietta Gianjorio, Olive Oil Taster and Expert (IOC/EU) and children book author and a cocktail reception with a special spotlight on prosecco DOCG wine from the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene that have just officially become Italy’s 55th UNESCO World Heritage Site.
