What started in a small space in lower New York City just four years ago has quickly grown into a multi-restaurant franchise operation with locations across the U.S. Three more Virgola Oysters & Italian Wine Bar spots are in the works. And on that list is Patchogue Village.
“I’m proud of how the concept travels so well,” said Virgola founder Joseph Marazzo, a longtime NYC restaurateur and Long Island native. “What I created in New York City has turned into something people truly love in other places now that include Florida, Oklahoma and North Carolina.”
