The 37-year-old is leaving after 17 years with Juve and, after his final home match, suggested he is likely to leave Europe. Chiellini has won nine Serie A titles with Juve as well as the Coppa Italia on five occasions. He also reached the Champions League final twice. He has made 560 appearances for the Bianconeri, which places him third behind Alessandro Del Piero and Gianluigi Buffon in the list of players to have played the most games for the club.
Chiellini missed much of the 2019-20 campaign following a serious knee injury. At international level, he has 116 caps for Italy and is likely to play his last match for his country in the Maradona Super Cup against Argentina at Wembley on June 1. Chiellini was captain when Italy won Euro 2020.
