March is Women's History Month and BAIA is excited to celebrate it with the community. The second edition of our event is dedicated to the celebration of women and their success as leaders in their industry.
We will welcome Italian women on a panel to talk about how they navigated their industry, while they will tell their stories and share tips and advice to the audience. We will discuss how to encourage and prepare the present and future generations of women to take leadership positions, how women can navigate challenges as they ascend to these roles and how we can best mentor other women when we are in leadership ourselves.
