Ululatori, gorgoglitori e sibillatori hanno invaso il Redcat di Los Angeles il 3 novembre scorso per una serata all'insegna dellla musica futurista rivisitata e orchestrata dal compositore, pianista, direttore e solista di strumenti atipici Luciano Chessa.
Protagonisti della serata, gli intonarumori di The Orchestra of Futurist Noise Intoners, leggendari generatori di rumore acustico inventati dal futurista Luigi Russolo cent'anni fa. Questi strumenti erano dei parallelepipedi di legno con altoparlante. Il suonatore schiacciava bottoni e leve per mettere in funzione le lastre di metallo, gli ingranaggi e le corde metalliche che venivano fatte vibrare all'interno.
