Just 10 days after being announced as Colorado's new defensive tackles coach, Sal Sunseri and the Buffaloes conducted their first spring practice. So, the 38-year coaching veteran has not had much time outside the Champions Center to explore Boulder. But he did fall in love with a local pizza joint and he has felt the passion from CU fans.
"I do like Barchetta pizza, that's the most important thing being Italian," said Sunseri, who comes to Colorado after a four-year stint on Nick Saban's staff at Alabama. "But we got great facilities, we got great people out here that want to win.
