After sitting out for a week with a tight left hamstring, Andrea Bargnani took a half step toward returning Monday. The 7-footer participated in the first half of the team's practice — his first time on the court since being ruled out prior to the Nets' preseason opener a week earlier — and said he felt good afterward.
"Every day we're doing more and more, and see how it feels," Bargnani said. "We're taking it day-by-day, basically." Muscular injuries are nothing new for Bargnani, who missed 49 of the first 51 games last season because of hamstring and calf injuries.
