On Sunday, April 21, attend the world premiere of the long-lost music of Alfred Morena Sr. (1893 – 1929) whose piano and violin compositions, along with art songs in Italian by Morena and other composers, was discovered by the composer-musician's son and namesake. Performing the compositions will be violinist Anna Heifetz (with her nine-year-old daughter); violinist Michelle Stern; soprano Maureen Smith Setton; and tenor Rinaldo Toglia.
