Lou Greco and Carlo Russo are hilarious comedians from Syracuse, New York. They do "The Uncle Louie Variety Show" together, which has taken Facebook by storm. Not only are they Facebook famous, they are extremely popular on YouTube. They became so popular on the internet that they started doing shows all over the country and have even done shows as far away as Australia.

Lou was born and raised in Syracuse. His father is from Calabria and his maternal grandparents came from the Italian region of Sicily. Carlo Russo was born in the Sicilian city of Palermo and came to America with his family when he was only 5-years-old. The Russo family stayed with relatives in NYC for several months before moving to Syracuse, where they decided to stay.

While growing up in Syracuse, they watched Dean Martin roast other celebrities on TV and dreamed of making people laugh out loud the way Dino did, but Lou and Carlo did not officially meet each other until the 10th grade at Henninger High School in 1985. While meeting each other in Italian class, they immediately hit it off and began a friendship that has stood the test of time. They also decided to start a comedy duo and make some VHS tapes of themselves doing stand-up comedy.

Unfortunately, they ditched their dream of having a comedy duo after high school. That was until 2010, when they teamed up again and made a Facebook page doing "The Broken English Italian Word of the Day." When getting a tremendous amount of likes, shares and nice comments after they uploaded their first video, they decided to come up with more funny videos.

The following year, they created the Italian characters Uncle Louie and Pasqualino. While they were thinking of a name for a comedy show, Carlo came up with the perfect one. In 2019, the pair added Zia Rosa and Zia Maria to their show's characters. In addition to doing these funny Italian characters, they do their own songs with the musical instruments that they learned as children. Lou plays the accordian and Carlo plays the acoustic guitar.

These funny entertainers put their hearts into their acts. Their characters Uncle Louie, Pasqualino, Zia Rosa and Zia Maria will make you laugh your head off while you remember the way things were growing up as an Italian American. They put on a remarkable performance that your family will absolutely enjoy. They have thrilled audiences at the Italian American Cultural Society in Detroit, Hanna Theater in Cleveland, Little Italy Festa in Chicago, Kathederal Event Center in Hammonton, New Jersey, and other events.

When these funny guys are not making people laugh out loud, they enjoy spending time with their wives and kids. They also love to lift weights and go fishing.
