Andrea Pirlo has revealed his love for the style of football played in MLS. The former Italy international, whose New York City side are second in the Eastern Conference, is in his second year in the league.

Pirlo revealed his desire to move to the United States was his primary reason for signing City, but the midfielder has grown to love MLS. "It was a new league for me, but above all I wanted to come to America," Pirlo told Sky Italia.
