Thursday April 26, 2018, the XII Italian Film Festival opens its doors, at the Plaza Theatre - 1049 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30306. The Festival is a major event for the Atlanta Italophiles. It brings a current portrait of the Italian culture, its social status, its emotional pulse and artistic trends. The Plaza Theatre is the perfect historic environment for it, quaint, cozy and intimate.

This 2018 Season represent an earnest effort by our sponsors and by the Artistic Director of the Festival, Claudio Di Persia, who has endured the cancellation of the last Italian Film Festival in Miami due to hurricane Irma. Your presence and support will be greatly appreciated. On Sunday, April 29 at 6:30 there will be a closing reception at the theatre with food and gelato from our sponsors.
