Miami FC Coach Alessandro Nesta says 'we must try to build passion for football' and that co-owner Paolo Maldini 'wants to win straight away'. The former Milan legend was appointed as head Coach of the newly formed NASL club last year and the upcoming season will be his first as a tactician.

Fellow Rossoneri icon Maldini is a co-owner of the club and Nesta discussed taking on the job and the challenges he has faced so far in an interview with Corriere dello Sport. "After 10 minutes it was all done," he said.
