Italy's official submission for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film — "The Great Beauty" — premieres in Sedona at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre Jan. 15-19.

The epic new drama has just been shortlisted for the Oscar and has been a sensation with critics and audiences around the world. "The Great Beauty" has also garnered four European Film Awards nominations including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Writer.
