Starting pitcher Alessandro Maestri and relievers Diego Fabiani, Yomel Rivera, and Filippo Crepaldi combined their efforts to beat Paradise Valley Communtiy College 7-2. Team Italy got on the board early in the first inning when Alessandro Vaglio scored on a sacrifice fly from Alex Sambucci.
