A tribute to Italy and its excellences: this is the aim of Collistar's new beauty project, with designer Antonio Marras.
"Ti amo Italia": a slogan without a big preamble. It's a love and goal declaration, all included in this tree words; few but important words expressed by Collistar - the Italian company leader in cosmetic and beauty – to its and our Country with a new project launched by the designer Antonio Marras. This is a way to pay tribute and be grateful to Italian excellence in all its forms and expressions.
Among the main initiatives of the project – all under the "Made in Italy" sign, there is cooperation with Antonio Marras, at his first presence in the beauty sector. Besides signing the make-up capsule collection for spring / summer 2014, Marras also created the logo and the packaging. It shows the silhouette of a woman's face almost inspired – we can say – to Modigliani.
Then there's an AD campaign with model and actress Margareth Madé's face (in spite of her name, she comes from Sicily), portrayed by photographer Giampaolo Sgura. Finally, Collistar signed a partnership with the University of Siena for a research on indigenous phyto-derived for a cosmetic use.
Staying on the same theme, Collistar presents a 2014 collection with products containing some of the excellent ingredients of our Italian territory: orange blossom, citrus and almond extract from Sicily; red grapes from Aglianico, mainly farmed on the Campania coast; walnut fruit oil from Piedmont and sunflower oil from Tuscany.
