Pizza is one of those wonderful foods that is produced with amazing diversity. The best thing for a pizza-lover to do, of course, is try as many styles as possible and appreciate each for its own uniqueness. For example, New York pizza is fairly thin on the ground in this area, but there's a reason it's a favorite street food in the Big Apple — it's delicious.
Frank Lombardi of Lombardi's New York Pizza and Wings is baking up authentic New York pies just for us in the Tri-State. His pizza parlor made a buzz in Henderson before recently moving to north Green River Road near the Schnucks grocery.
