One-day conference celebrating Michelangelo Antonioni's 101st anniversary. Renowned scholars Murray Pomerance (Ryerson University), Thomas Harrison (UCLA), Fletcher Beasley (CSULB), Mary Ann Carolan (Fairfield University) and Fulvio Orsitto (Cal State Chico) will explore the work of one of the most important masters of modern cinema. The conference will conclude with a screening of the recently restored version of Antonioni's film La notte (1961).
