Join me on April 16 from 11AM - 2PM at the Museo Italo Americano (Fort Mason, Building C) for an illustrated lecture that celebrates the breathtaking grandeur of the Italian Dolomites, those jagged peaks under which I grew up as a child.
The illustrated lecture, which will be delivered by Paola Tonelli who climbed the Dolomites as a child, will celebrate the Dolomites and the "Giant of the Mountain", legendary Italian mountain climber Bruno Detassis (1910-2008).
