On the occasion of the special exhibit ITALIAN-AMERICAN ICONS: MOSAIC PORTRAITS at the MarinMOCA, the Italian Cultural Institute is hosting a webinar on the HISTORY OF MOSAIC ART IN FRIULI, with Guglielmo Zanette, curator of the exhibition, and Denise Toson, guest artist and instructor.

During the presentation, we will learn about the history and traditions of mosaic art in Friuli, a region of Northern Italy, and we'll watch Denise create a mosaic live. The event will end with a Q&A with the public. The webinar is free of charge. Organized in collaboration with Museo Italo Americano, Associazione Naonis, Lido Cantarutti and MarinMOCA.
