I was recently at the birth of my second grandchild and watching my middle daughter expanding her motherhood with the influence of her mother and her nonna, my mother, which is so enriching, powerful, and a testament to what the single most important part of creating, developing and nuturing new life is – mothering.
Mothers are the heart and soul of families and, in essence, they really have more than one day, Mother's Day, to celebrate, because every day is basically a mother's day since they are truly the center of our human universe.
