In celebration of La Settimana della Cucina Italiana, or Week of Italian Cuisine, Fondazione Italia, the Italian Cultural Institute Los Angeles, and Saor Project™ are coming together to offer an Italian Cooking Workshop for kids ages 5-12.
The workshop will be kicked off with the screening of a short animated film, “Fiabe di Riso.” First screened at the Milano Expo, “Fiabe di Riso,” teaches children about the history and importance of rice, a precious resource in Italy, through the point of view of a single grain of rice named “Lino.”
