One of the most important events of the year for all those who share a passion for Italy and the Italian language is coming up on Thursday, December 17, 2015, from 6:30 pm at the ACT Strand Theater (1127 Market St. San Francisco). Renowned Italian director and actor, Massimiliano Finazzer Flory will bring Leonardo da Vinci to life again on stage in a one-act, 60 minute play (8pm).
He will guide the audience in discovering the man behind the genius: his secrets, his work method, his passions, his thoughts on life. The format is rather unique: old Leonardo sits across a reporter who asks him about anything, partly in English, partly in Renaissance Italian and partly in dance.
