The Lido Civic Club will honor Italian Chamber of Deputies Representative Angela Fucsia Nissoli with its Lido Friendship Award at its annual Italian-American Congressional Reception on Capitol Hill on September 18, 2014. The Lido Friendship Award is bestowed on individuals who have made significant contributions to the Italian-American community.

"We are honored to present the Lido Friendship Award to Hon. Fucsia Nissoli for her work in representing the Italians of North and Central America in Italy's Chamber of Deputies, and for the many other significant contributions she has made to the Italian-American community," said Francesco Isgrò, President of the Lido Civic Club.
