A month-long celebration of Italian culture called "Ciao Philadelphia" wraps up with a number of events this week. There's an Italian Cinema Night at Widener University on Wednesday. On Friday, it's a Wine and Cheese tasting at Drexel.
Andrea Canepari is Consul General of Italy in Philadelphia. For a second year, his office put together an October-long showcase of all they're proud of. "Highlighting the success of Italian-Americans in this region and also the Italian contribution, since the beginning, in Philadelphia.
