During World War II, some 600,000 Italians in America found their freedoms restricted by the U.S. Government. The Italian Cultural Society of LBI invites you to view the sobering cinematic account of their ordeal, Potentially Dangerous, at the Ocean County Library Long Beach Island Branch, 2 PM Wednesday, October 16.
The award-winning documentary produced by actor-director John Turturro details the tribulation of several hundred thousand people who suddenly became identified as “enemy aliens” and found their movements monitored and actions scrutinized.
