Congrats — and a big "Bravo!" — to Chicago's own George Randazzo — founder and chairman of the National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame — for being among the honorees at the upcoming 38th annual National Italian American Foundation gala in Washington, D.C. Randazzo will receive the organization's Community Leadership Award.
The other honorees at the Oct. 25 fete at the Washington Hilton will be actor Paul Sorvino, former CIA director and U.S. secretary of defense Leon Panetta, philanthropist Diana Bracco, and business leaders Roberto Colaninno and Louis Donatelli.
The evening will be chaired by former FBI direcor Louis J. Freeh, and emceed by financial broadcaster Maria Bartiromo and comedian Joe Piscopo.
