
Bill Emmott, former editor of The Economist, will be in St. Louis to present his documentary Girlfriend in a coma, at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at Washington University's Steinberg Auditorium. After the screening, Mr. Emmott will discuss and answer questions about his documentary which deals with the current political and economic crisis in Italy. The film has been lauded as being ground-breaking in its creative combination of animation, interviews and hard facts, and has caused much controversy in Italy. The documentary is in English and Italian with English subtitles. Admission is FREE and open to the general public.
