Award-winning classical pianist Alessio Bax will take the stage at the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts at Fairfield University on Friday, January, 20 to perform a concert of Scriabin and Ravel at 8 p.m.
Deemed by International Piano as "a pianist of refreshing depth," Bax shows off an extensive concerto repertoire and is a recurring performer on the international summer festival circuit, taking the stages of prestigious festivals such as the International Piano Series in England, Beethovenfest Bonn in Germany and the Bard Music Festival in upstate New York. He was last at the Quick Center with the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center in 2013.
