CCSU to salute Sinatra

Central Connecticut State University on Sunday will celebrate how Frank Sinatra did it his way. The school's Italian Resource Center and the Elihu Burritt Library will host "A Touch of Sinatra," a musical show about the life and music of the singer. Written and narrated by Joe Gilligan, the program features performances by Donnie Fararro.


"A Touch of Sinatra" is part of CCSU's celebration of Italian- American Heritage Month. The event, free and open to the public, will begin at 3 p.m. at Torp Theatre in Davidson Hall. Free parking is available on campus and CTfastrak routes to and from CCSU operate on Sunday. Central is at 1615 Stanley St. For more information, call 860-832-2055.
