As part of its' celebration of Italian American month, the North HavenLibrary will look back at the musical career of Frank Sinatra with evening of songs and stories presented by local vocalist Rich Moran, Tuesday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m., in the Library's community room. He will be backed by the trio of Judy Webber on piano, Jeff Webber on woodwinds, and Noah Golden on drums.
The 100th birthday of Frank Sinatra will come on Dec. 13. He is considered by many to be the greatest interpreter of The Great American Songbook and was one of the most popular and influential recording artists of the 20th century. Moran and his trio will pay tribute to Sinatra's musical legacy by playing a diverse selection of classic songs from throughout his career.
